Matthew brings his special skills to landscape design, focusing on creating outdoor rooms and spaces that allows one to reconnect with nature. He specializes in combining hardscapes with plants, balancing and complementing one another in a way that becomes first functional, then whimsical and delightful.
What I love about working at Garden Supply Co. is that it truly is unique to be able to walk a client through a design in the nursery, showing the plants and giving them a chance to digest and have some visuals as what to expect versus throwing them head-first into a design with 30 different plant names and telling them, “Trust me – you’ll like them.” It takes so much of the pressure off of the client.
